		<description>Fine memories indeed!  Train Wreck has been one of my favorite meals for better than forty years!

Of course, over the years, memories and recipes diverge from the origin.  How could folklore be interesting otherwise!

I have always believed that Train Wreck MUST be made with elbows to represent the bent up rail cars.  As I think about your shell preference, though, I could be convinced to think of them as split-open tank cars!
